We keep your account data and saved property analyses for as long as your account remains open, and for up to 12 months after you close or stop using it, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to transactions are retained for 7 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymised form. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.
