Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

PropertyROI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro Sourcer subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle. To request a refund you can either:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@propertyroi.uk with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and typically take 3–10 business days to appear.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings or via the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If a renewal payment was taken unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
