PropertyROI offers a free tier and a paid "Pro Sourcer" subscription, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout, and any VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings or the customer portal; on cancellation you retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access to PropertyROI, in whole or in part, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if:

On termination your right to use the service ends immediately; you may request an export of your saved analyses within 30 days, after which your data may be deleted.
All content on PropertyROI, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PropertyROI or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including Rightmove and Zoopla). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyROI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
