Full Definition
Section 8 allows landlords to seek possession based on specific grounds such as rent arrears (Ground 8, 10, 11), breach of tenancy (Ground 12), or landlord wanting to sell (Ground 1). Court proceedings are required. The Renters' Rights Bill will expand Section 8 grounds as Section 21 is abolished.
